To start the 4-week countdown, on the Natural Olympia page we have posted three new reports on the 2009 Natural Olympia held on the Gold Coast last year - article by our own Melita Jagic, from the Czech Republic and USA. What a great time to reminisce about the biggest natural event held to date (and in our backyard!)

2010 Natural Olympia details for competitors have been posted on the Natural Olympia page. Details include the Natural Universe held in Hollywood on November 6th. Entry forms and further information must be downloaded from the Entry Form page also. INBA will be posting a list of competitors representing Australia this year. The list will constantly be updated each day. We are expecting a record number of competitors to represent Australia this year, so if your name is not on the list please email us your details. We need to send America a full list of competitors on October 25.

I hope you are seriously thinking of competing this year as airfares to America are the lowest ever and the Australian dollar is the highest since our currency floated. The trip is almost at an interstate trip cost! Not only is it the most opportune time to go to America, the group of Team Australia are going to have an absolute ball together!
